The Member representing Etsako Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Anamero Sunday Dekeri (Danco), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly sworn-in Executive Chairmen of the three Etsako Local Government Areas in Edo State.
Hon. Dekeri congratulated Hon. Romeo Omoike, Executive Chairman of Etsako West Local Government Area; Hon. Dame Vera Sadoh, Executive Chairman of Etsako Central Local Government Area; and Hon. Sunny Ekpetita Ekpeson, Executive Chairman of Etsako East Local Government Area, on their successful inauguration and assumption of office.
In his congratulatory message, the federal lawmaker described their emergence as an opportunity to strengthen grassroots governance, accelerate infrastructural development, and improve the living conditions of the people across the three local government areas.
He urged the newly inaugurated council chairmen to embrace inclusive leadership, transparency, accountability, and selfless service, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing initiatives that directly address the needs and aspirations of their constituents.
“Your emergence marks a new chapter for Etsako. I am confident that you will lead with integrity, wisdom, and a strong commitment to service. I encourage you to place the welfare of our people at the forefront of your administration and work tirelessly towards building stronger, more prosperous communities,” Hon. Dekeri stated.
The lawmaker further emphasized the need for unity and collaboration among political leaders, traditional institutions, community stakeholders, and the people to achieve sustainable development across Etsako Federal Constituency.
He reaffirmed his readiness to work closely with the three local government chairmen, noting that effective collaboration between the federal and local government levels would facilitate the delivery of meaningful projects, attract development opportunities, and enhance the overall well-being of the people.
Hon. Dekeri also reassured his constituents of his unwavering commitment to effective representation and the continued pursuit of developmental initiatives across Etsako East, Etsako Central, and Etsako West.
